At Art N Vintage, every product is specially crafted on a Made-to-Order basis. We do not keep ready stock or mass-produced inventory. Each order is carefully prepared after the customer places the order, which helps us maintain the uniqueness and quality of our products.
Because of this process, we are unable to offer refunds on delivered orders.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on delivered orders.
Refunds are only applicable in cases where the order has not been delivered to the customer due to reasons such as:
- Lost shipment
- Undelivered package
- Order cancelled before delivery from our side
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange services for eligible products.
Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery if:
- The product received is damaged
- Wrong product was delivered
- Size-related issue (if applicable)
Exchange Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags, dust bags, and accessories must be intact
- Exchange request must include order details and product images

International Orders
We do not provide a refund policy for international orders. If you received a wrong product or a damaged product, then we can arrange a replacement for the same
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 10 Working Days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
